Harvard’s Office for Faculty Development Diversity (FD&D) hosts an institutional membership with the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD). NCFDD’s resources--which supplement the resources and services already provided by the Schools and other units--focus on developing skills to thrive in the academy such as strategic planning, productivity, work-life balance, and healthy relationships. Explore the full array of benefits of NCFDD’s institutional membership.
As part of the institutional membership, these programs are available to Harvard faculty, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and staff. Individuals can activate their membership and begin using services by selecting Harvard from the institution list and providing their Harvard email.
For questions about accessing NCFDD resources available to you, please contact your local faculty affairs, student affairs, postdoctoral affairs, or HR office relevant to your Harvard appointment and role. General questions about the institutional membership may be addressed to the Office for Faculty Development and Diversity at firstname.lastname@example.org.
