Join your faculty colleagues interested in thinking differently about the faculty search process for an exclusive workshop given by Harvard Professors Mahzarin Banaji and Boris Groysberg on Recognizing Talent and Ensuring the Integrity of Searches. In this interactive workshop, Professors Banaji and Groysberg will use recent research and theory to enhance our thinking around the faculty search process. Mahzarin Banaji Richard Clarke Cabot Professor of Social Ethics and Senior Advisor to the FAS Dean on Faculty Development Department of Psychology Faculty of Arts and Sciences Banaji is widely known for her ground-breaking work on unconscious thinking and feeling as they unfold in social context and the applications of implicit cognition to improve organizational practices.
