Prior to joining the Office, Julia served for 10 years in Harvard’s central IT organization, supporting the planning and implementation of University-wide projects and services. Before Harvard, Julia was a senior manager for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, one of the world’s largest professional services and consulting companies. She has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Communications from Boston University.
