The Office of Faculty Development and Diversity and FAS Faculty Development at Harvard are delighted to host an exclusive workshop for faculty spouses and partners interested in finding an administrative position at Harvard or at MIT. Experienced HR recruiters from Harvard and MIT and faculty partners from both institutions who are working in administrative roles will provide helpful tips and strategies for a successful job search. A networking lunch with Harvard and MIT recruiters will follow.
This is a great networking event for partners and spouses of Harvard and MIT faculty who wish to explore professional career opportunities at these institutions.

Experienced HR recruiters from Harvard and MIT will provide an overview of working at their institutions from the recruitment perspective (overview of the hiring process and Harvard and MIT career portals, important skills and desired qualities, tips and strategies that make a difference, etc.). There will also be time for Q&A. |
11 am - 12:00 pm |
Panel of faculty partners who work at Harvard and MIT, along with one partner who went outside the sphere and works in industry, telling their job search stories and sharing what worked for them and how things turned out. There will also be time for Q&A.
