#  Dual-Career Resources 

 



We work closely with the Schools to provide dual-career assistance, enhancing Harvard’s ability to recruit and retain faculty. Our office:

- Offers individual guidance to partners of Harvard faculty, helping them develop and enhance their careers and professional pursuits, and easing them into the Harvard community and Cambridge area.
- Offers programs on dual-career topics and helpful resources for dual-career couples.

Please note that our dual-career services are provided to Harvard ladder faculty who are paid by Harvard. Dual-career assistance for other faculty, including faculty based at the HMS affiliates and employed by the hospitals, falls outside the purview and capacity of this office.

###    Finding an Administrative Job at Harvard: an Exclusive Workshop for Partners and Spouses of Harvard Ladder Faculty 2014  expand\_more  

Experienced HR recruiters and faculty partners working in administrative roles provided helpful tips and strategies for a successful job search. A resume review with an HR recruiter also followed for job seekers interested in a one-on-one consultation. The workshop was a helpful networking event for faculty partners and spouses new to the area and those interested in working in administration at Harvard.
