Join your faculty colleagues to hear from a panel of experienced faculty who will provide helpful guidance on running or participating in an effective search process. Some of the topics the panelists will discuss are how to approach the search, how to work with colleagues, how to identify and avoid roadblocks, and how to facilitate open and effective deliberations throughout the various stages of the process.
